How to Post Your Event

Welcome Organizers! Not sure how to post your events to our calendar? No worries! It’s simple as 1-2-3! Follow the steps below:

1. Click the button “+ Post Your Event” at the calendar page.

If you don’t see the button, you need to be logged in first. Don’t have an account? Register with us

2. Fill out the event form.

  • Event Title: Enter your event name.
  • Date: Enter the event date.
  • Time: If your event is not all day, unchecked the All-day box to set time, check the Add end date box to set the end time of the event.
  • Time zone: This field is automatically set to the correct timezone, there’s no need to change it.
  • Venue Name: Enter the name of the location where the event will take place at.
  • Address: Enter the address of the location.
  • Categories: Pick a category or more that fits the type of event.
  • Description: Enter the event details.
  • Organizer Name: Enter the event host/organizer name.
  • Organizer Email: Contact email address.
  • Phone Number: Contact phone number.
  • Your website URL: Optional field.
  • Admission: Check the Free box if event is free of cost, otherwise enter the admission cost in the “Cost” box.
  • Registration URL: Your event registration page either on your own website or third-party such as
  • Submitter Name & Email: Optional field, check the Use Organizer information as Submitter box if you are the organizer of this event.
  • Image: Upload your flyer image for the event. File size is limited to 2 MB. (Accepted image file formats: .jpg, .jpeg, .png, and .gif)

3. Submit Event.

You’re done! It will be reviewed by our team for approval.
